Piece of plastic

I found a piece of blue plastic in whey temptation bulk. Unflavored, batch: 5397.25, exp.: 10-2027. The plastic is not too big so not easy to notice but big enough to choke on it. Fortunately I noticed as I was filling my shaker. Also the quality of this product has gone down during the past few years. The taste of batches can be very different even though I always chose the unflavored one. The quality of packaging is not so great either, used to be stronger. Also it is difficult to close it back up even from the beginning not just after a few weeks of repeated use.
Response from Power Supplements
We are sorry to hear that you found a small piece of blue plastic in the protein powder. That should certainly not have happened. We have addressed this matter with the manufacturer. They informed us that it was likely a piece of blue soft plastic from the inner lining of a bulk bag of protein powder. These bags are opened with a knife before the powder is poured into the mixing machine. It appears that the bag may have been cut carelessly. The procedure has now been adjusted to prevent this from happening again.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
The comments about the quality of the whey and packaging are surprising. We have been using the same whey from the same supplier for this product for the past ten years. The bag and its supplier have also remained unchanged during this time. So the quality of both has not changed.
You are correct that resealing the bag can become more difficult over time, as powder may accumulate in the sealing strip. We therefore recommend ordering a separate airtight container. You can transfer some powder into it every few weeks, which eliminates the need to open and close the bag on a daily basis.

Best protein I've ever had. The taste is amazing and no stomach discomfort. Highly recommend it if you can't tolerate Whey or you find Pea to be too grainy. I love it!!
Also the shipping is incredibly fast.

Excellent price for top quality european whey isolate protein.
Quality 5/5: it's european sourced and manufactured which is the most regulated market. I don't trust product labels from poorly regulated markets like china. It's +90% isolate whey protein from milk, no concentrates. And with no extra fillers besides flavoring and only ~2% lactose, you won't get stomach issues.
Consistency/solubility: 4/5, I mix it with either whole milk or water, sometimes a few lumps, just shake it better and they're gone, nothing that bothers me.
Flavor 4/5: This is all personal preference of course. I've tried banana, chocolate, and caffe latte (available on smaller sizes). Banana is a bit artificial as a solo, but for me the best when mixed with other flavored stuff, specially if they're fruity (I often mix with casein, bcaas and others). Choco is a safe choice all around, caffe is the best as a solo for me (I'm a coffee lover) but doesn't go well with other flavors.
